Public bug reported:

With kernel vmlinuz-7.0.0-42-generic and vmlinuz-7.0.0-38-generic the
system will go into suspend without noticable issue but hang on wakeup,
no video output, keyboard not working, no login via network possible. A
hard reset is needed.

The last kernel where wake up is working reliably is
vmlinuz-7.0.0-31-generic, just reverting to this kernel in grub fixes
the issue, no other changes are needed.

System: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X on ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X870E APEX (BIOS 1804)

Grafik: CPU built in GPU using the amdgpu driver.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
