Printers are found, right after installing them, later the same printer
is not found anymore.
Printer ip did not change in between
Printer ip is solvable from command line
Printer ip is responsive from command line
Printer ip does what is expected if accessed from command line
CUPS just tells "Printer not found" or "Printer does not respond" or "Printer
not available".
Reconfiguring the printer makes this printer work again until it stops being
found again after some time.
