This bug was fixed in the package qtkeychain - 0.17.0-1ubuntu1
---------------
qtkeychain (0.17.0-1ubuntu1) tenacious; urgency=medium
* d/p/0001-probe-kwallet-with-peer-ping.patch: probe KWallet availability
with org.freedesktop.DBus.Peer.Ping rather than a blocking
networkWallet() call. kwalletd stops answering application-level D-Bus
calls while an unlock dialog is on screen for any client, so the probe
blocked the calling thread - usually the GUI thread - for the full 25
second D-Bus timeout. Ping is handled by the QtDBus layer before
kwalletd's application code sees it and still triggers D-Bus
activation, so it does not reintroduce the problem that c7e1063 was
addressing. (LP: #2165214)
