Indeed I think 9.18.50 lacks the security fixes. I checked https://kb.isc.org/docs/cve-2026-19630 and 9.18.50 is listed as affected, and the CVE patch from the security upload of 1:9.18.39-0ubuntu0.24.04.9 is missing from this 9.18.50 upload.
