I'm going to need some help on this. Is the problem that the wrong characters are used in the translations (for reference, from left to right, they are U+8A00, U+7EDF, and U+60A8), or that the font in use is rendering those characters wrongly?
I've subscribed Arne, who may be able to help with this. Arne, could you check whether this is a font problem, and if so please prioritise it for fixing in your font improvements project? ** Changed in: oem-config (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => High Assignee: (unassigned) => Colin Watson (kamion) Status: New => Incomplete -- Incorrect Chinese Characters in Firstboot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/185269 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
