@Sebastian is your issue reproductible after a complete reboot of your PC? (maybe, there is an issue about hal, if you restart/start it manually when you are in an X session, i don't know) If it is reproductible that will means that is a real issue.... take us inform! (sorry for my english i'm sure i've made a lot of mistakes)
