The error mentioned here still persists in 7.10. There appears to be
misidentification of the a21p LCD, this causes massive screen tearing.
The problem is solved by replacing the HorizSync, VertRefresh, and
Modelines:

Ubuntu's auto detection appears to be getting these values wrong. I'm
just an amateur though.
