Bah, sorry Christian. Looks like I jumped the gun. I looked at the publishing history: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/ and saw 2.6.24-5.9 was published but it appears there are some build failures so it hasn't been released. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks.
