We could probably get along with ripping out ProcCwd, but ProcCmdline is
highly useful for reproducing and triaging a crash. Also, we have the
following measures:
1) apport shows you the details for a crash, points out that it might
contain sensitive information, and asks you whether or not you want to
report it. (Addressing "Finally this could also be asked each time a
user uses apport.").
2) Bugs are filed as private by default, so only a limited group of
Ubuntu developers can see them.
If you are concerned about exposing command line arguments, then please
do not report crashes in such cases.
