As of now there's nothing other than lo, in the interfaces file. I had added eth1 entries when I was trying to connect manually, and the entries might have still been in there when I ran the NetworkManager to get the debug output. I ran it again making sure that nothing but lo was in the interfaces file. I've attached the output.
