I spoke with 'till' on IRC (#kontact) and he confirmed this is a valid issue/wishlist as it is a limitation. I have gone ahead and filed a report upstream and subscribed it to this report for tracking purposes. I am confirming this issue as I only see the 4 languages available, German, English, French and Dutch, and also from what till spoke of on IRC. Thank you!
