As it stands, kipi-plugins are recommended with KPhotoAlbum and add
functionality. KHelpCenter is needed for Documentation I suppose so when
you do 'Help -> KPhotoAlbum Handbook', you can view it.
I take it this is the problem you are experiencing? When you install
KPhotoAlbum you can't view help, is that correct?
