You are right, 110% right, well 99.9% right. You don't even have to
disable the rubber band effect. I wonder why I didn't notice this last
night when I tried, unless I made a mistake and selected a different
theme or something. There is a beta update for Polyester, but I will try
and talk to the developer and see what they say. Thanks, and I apologize
for not figuring this out last evening.
Recreated in Hardy w/ KDE 3.5.9. This issue doesn't happen with any
other style, just Polyester.
