Thanks for your report. Error 139 is a segmentation fault, meaning that
a program tried to access memory it shouldn't have. While it's just
about possible for this to happen from a Python script, it's very
unlikely indeed. In practice, this is usually due to a faulty CD/DVD
disk or drive. It may help to clean the CD/DVD, to burn the CD/DVD at a
lower speed, or to clean the CD/DVD drive lens (cleaning kits are often
available from electronics suppliers). It may also be due to bad memory.
