I have Comcast for an ISP, and I get this problem with any moderately
large package. It wouldn't surprise me if their awful filtering is
screwing this up somehow.
SFTP never fails for me. So currently what I've been doing is using
that to move large packages to another server with a better connection,
and then dput from there. That works perfectly.
