One can never resume from a swap partition that gets re-encrypted at
every boot. This isn't a bug :) Using ESSIV with a passphrase is
likely the best solution (via the cryptroot initramfs scripts). Keying
from a static file is privacy risk, as well as hibernating to an
unencrypted partition.
