Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org2

I've started a new localization team to translate Ubuntu Secwepemc.
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-shs

As part of the team I've created a new POSIX locale shs_CA that I enable
in GNOME by setting it in ~/.dmrc

All the programs work great except ooffice. If I run ooffice with the
locale shs_CA it gives me this error

** (process:26167): WARNING **: Unknown error forking main binary /
abnormal early exit ...

This is most likely because there is no OO.o locale for shs_CA and something is
going wrong somewhere.
Right now I just run a bash script with

`LANG=en_CA.UTF-8 ooffice`

and that works alright for now.
