It appears that the dialog popup from menu part of this bug has been
resolved with Ubuntu hardy openoffice.org 1:2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3 so I am
marking this bug as Fix Released. The part where the delete key doesn't
work as it should has a separate bug oepn already. If after upgrading
you still have the menu delete issue then please feel free to reopen the
bug.
