Evolution-exchange indeed had a series of issues, but most of them have
been corrected on unstable (i.e., on current E-E). I would guess this
bug is related to the next one you opened (bug 199912), and this might
make an issue at your Exchange server more probable.
Please run a test as I pointed out on the above bug, and attach the
resulting log here.
