The problem still exists. Using Gutsy on a 3rd gen macbook (with bcm4328 card and ndiswrapper).
After suspending and moving to a totally different location I still get old networks in the list. And the new ones take up to 6-7 minutes to show up! It would be faster to just reboot the laptop than to wait for NM to refresh the list.
