We are not deliberately ignoring gnome-panel crashes. One reason might
be that apport limits the number of crashes it reports against a
particular package to three per day, to not spam the user too much
(especially for processes which crash repeatedly and automatically).
Do you already have an existing /var/crash/_usr_bin_gnome-
panel.1000.crash which has "CrashCounter: 2"?
