We are already in the BETA phase for hardy. Therefore, if there is
justification for a FreezeException, please follow the procedure
described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#head-
1d28045481b8803d4815989e93edc4206f4848c4
If the package cannot make hardy, it will like be automatically resynced
for ubuntu 8.10.
