gnome-screensaver-preference is all i have touched. I DO KNOW how it SHOULD work, but it doesnt, thats why it IS a bug. If it works as it should, then it wont be a bug. The last quote clearly indicates that the flag assigned when the scalebar is set to NEVER, doesnt work as at all. But does work when the scalebar is set to any other value. I have setted it to 1 hour now and it mostly works.
