the never option means that the software will never set your monitor to power
saving mode

Yep, Never means Never.

You dont understand me at all.
Please if my english is the problem fix me if not i wont learn.

The last quote clearly indicates that the flag assigned when the scalebar is
set to NEVER, doesnt work as at all.
But does work when the scalebar is set to any other value.
[/quote]

The result with 11 minutes and 1 hour and any other finite amount of
minutes DOES WORK FINE. The monitor enters in power saving mode when
expected.

The results with NEVER flag or infinite amount of minutes DOES NOT WORK AS IT
SHOULD.
---- If you leave the computer doing nothing with no movies, it does work.
---- If you are watching a movie with totem (dont know about others) and the
computer is not getting any keyboard or mouse input then monitor enters in
power saving mode after 20 minutes and it shouldn't do that.

The power-saving-feature is getting confused when handling the totems
signals to not enter in power saving mode only when monitor's power
saving is set to never.

The hardware can not be the problem. If a leave my computer with no
movie then monitor will not enter in power saving mode.
