I'm re-closing this bug since Pazkooda saw the issue only with i810 (no
longer supported).
Pazkooda, for the secondary issue of refresh rates please file a new
bug, and be sure to attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log and the output of
lspci -vvnn to it. It sort of sounds like a monitor EDID issue. If you
can test with a different monitor model, that may give a clue.
