I'm marking this as duplicate of bug 152405, which had been fixed, but
caused other problems.
virtualbox-ose recommends virtualbox-ose-modules now only, and you
should install the meta package for the modules related to your kernel
flavor, e.g. virtualbox-ose-modules-generic.
