Hmmm, i can reproduce this on a up to date ubuntu hardy beta. So i
reopen this bug.
$ dpkg -l gnome-applets
ii gnome-applets 2.22.0-0ubuntu1 Various applets for GNOME 2
panel - binary files

clicking accessibility applet gives error
