reproduce this:
$ sudo -k
$ sudo apt-get tftp
[sudo] password for jamie:
sudo: pam_authenticate: Conversation error
$ sudo apt-get install tftp
[sudo] password for jamie:
Please try again after invalidating the sudo timestamp with 'sudo -k'.
