No, there is a long-standing bug that involves VMWare directly eating the modifier keys; and then there is the bug originally reported, which has something to do with gconf settings and I'm sure is unrelated to the VMWare problem. > (Also, there might be a correlation between people who use vmware, and > people who upgraded to the hardy beta, who knows?)
