Hi Bozza,
Everything looks normal as far as i can see. According to the dmesg,
lsmod and lspci output your system should be up and running without any
hardware/driver abnormalities.
btw, this is the output with 2.6.24-15 as running kernel ??
If so than i don't have a clue on what goes wrong :-(
