This is a bit tricky; at the moment you can't really go back after the
CD has been ejected because there's no code to remount it. We should
make this flow better.

** Summary changed:

- cd not recognized during installation process
+ CD never remounted if you back up after ejecting CD

** Description changed:

-
- Pre-condition: Use Gusty Gibbon Server install CD. Proceed with installation
until reaching page for Application installation (i.e. where the user can
select to install LAMP applications, OpenSSH server, SAMBA server, Print Server
and so on.)
+ Pre-condition: Use Gusty Gibbon Server install CD. Proceed with
+ installation until reaching page for Application installation (i.e.
+ where the user can select to install LAMP applications, OpenSSH server,
+ SAMBA server, Print Server and so on.)

  Main flow:
  1. User presses enter, i.e. selects to proceed by not selecting any programs
to install
  2. System installs basic applications and GRUB
  3. System unmounts CD drive and ejects CD
  4. System displays screen with text "Remove cd [...] Press 'Continue to
finish installation and restart computer' ". Also visible on this screen is a
"Go back" button.
  5. User presses "Go back" button
  6. System displays listing of installation steps
  7. User selects previous installation step where it was possible to install
LAMP, OpenSSH, SAMBA, Print Servers...
  8. System request user to insert installation CD
  9. User inserts installation CD
  10. System never recognizes installation CD
  11. User cannot abort this step to finish installation
  12. User selects to turn off computer main power
  13. At computer restart the "recognizing hardware drivers" step is never
completed and the computer never boots properly

Solution: Go through complete installation process again.

** Changed in: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Low
