Hi Pluto, thanks for answering again. As mentioned, could you please take a look to the directory /root/.synaptic/log and check if there are logfiles available? Usually there should be several files, one for each change made with synaptic. Are there entries in the history before Feb 16?
By the way: the history only shows changes really performed with synaptic.
