Upon boot up, I have no taskbars at all. However I discovered when I pointed my mouse at the upper left corner of my screen I got a drop down tab. I was able to perform functions this way, but is very inconvenient. Have not tried rebooting as yet.
This is after desktop has behaved strangely. Mouse pointer disappears, screen pivots back and forth out of control. Then the next time I boot up everything will be fine. Seems to be something with the enhanced desktop features.
