I'm changing this from Invalid to Confirmed because the bug is absolutely true
- there is no obvious way for a user to install a font. There are two options
listed in the GNOME user documentation, both of which are incorrect.
Installing fonts in a system-wide fashion seems like a different problem to me,
because it's basically impossible to do sanely without a package, but users
should absolutely be able to install random TTFs they download, without having
to delve into terminals.
