Got it to work... sort of. Problem was, I think, that in Gutsy it doesn't automatically add the bluetooth applet to the startup Sessions. Because of this, I didn't know an applet application existed. So when I wasn't getting an applet despite having set to do so in the bluetooth- properties, I thought there was a problem.
I'm able to connect now. Still not working correctly though. When I first connect I get an Couldn't display obex:// error (picture attached). And i'm not able to send or receive files from my device. For that I get a "host down" error and then a "CreateBluetoothSession" error. All 3 error messages are attached. PLEASE let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you all resolve this bug. ** Attachment added: "errors.tar.gz" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/13964768/errors.tar.gz -- Bluetooth doesn't work. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/216928 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
