If I remember correctly, it happened with a directory mounted over sshfs,
which might have confused matters - and no, I haven't seen any more crashes.

The only peculiarity I'm noticing is when I use audacious to play
playlists from gnump3d it clips some tracks at the beginning - but
that might not even be an audacious bug...
