The key part of the log spew is:

Apr 22 19:51:47 ubuntu pulseaudio[6274]: module-alsa-sink.c: Error opening PCM
device front:0: Device or resource busy
Apr 22 19:51:59 ubuntu pulseaudio[6274]: module-alsa-sink.c: Error opening PCM

Apr 22 19:56:53 ubuntu pulseaudio[6274]: module-alsa-sink.c: Error opening PCM
device front:0: Device or resource busy
Apr 22 19:57:45 ubuntu last message repeated 3 times
Apr 22 19:58:57 ubuntu last message repeated 5 times

If all of the following hold:
1) libflashsupport is not installed,
2) the user's pulseaudio daemon has released the sink(s) and source(s),
3) Flash grabs the sink,
4) the user's pulseaudio daemon reattempts to grab the sink,

this symptom will be manifested.

So, not a problem with firefox-3.0, flashplugin-nonfree,
libflashsupport, or pulseaudio (though I have proposed a configuration
change to workaround both of these symptoms). It's simply fallout from
removing libflashsupport as a dependency of flashplugin-nonfree (bug
192888).

** Changed in: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu)
