@Tormod: I've tested suspend/resume with screen locking disabled (by setting gconf key /app/gnome-power-manager/lock/suspend to false) and after resume my desktop (because without lock there is no screensaver active i think) looked just fine. It may be somehow connected to the compiz effects (some plugin or compiz in general). I have tested suspend/resume with effects disabled and screen lock prompt showed just fine. Unfortunately suspend on my laptop is a pain in the [EMAIL PROTECTED] because of hard lockups.. Maybe someone with better hardware can do few more cycles? ;]
