Places > Connect to Server
Service Type: SSH
Server: <intentionally left blank on launchpad>
Port: 22
Folder: /home/<user>
User Name: <user>

Hit Connect
After connecting a new window pops up and it does appear to initially connect
me to /home/<user>. However, when the new icon appears on the Gnome desktop,
clicking it takes me to the root of that server- which should be avoided, since
when I made the connection, like above- I specifically stated the folder to
connect it to. If I close that popup window and only use the icon the desktop-
it still only takes me to the root of the server "/" when it should take me to
"/home/<user>" like it originally did. This is definitely a serious problem.
