did you install your locale from language-pack-gnome thats where the
Firefox-3.0 locales are now, the locale you want if you ar using bg is
language-pack-gnome-bg, i know from other bugs that ES and ENN are being fixed
as they were overwritten by other versions.
Now im assuming that would fix your issue. Please let me know if it does.
