Yes, language-pack-gnome-bg and language-pack-gnome-bg-base are installed and I found the firefox language add-on for Bulgarian in them. Dind't know it's there and somehow managed to not see it last night.
Unfortunately I didn't quite understand what you mean with "ES and ENN are being fixed as they were overwritten by other versions". Just in case I reinstalled the language-pack-gnome-bg-base package.
