* Merge from Debian unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
- Added kubuntu_03_kcm_systemsettings.patch, to include kcm module with
system settings
- Added kubuntu_01_kdepot.patch for pot file directories
- Added kubuntu_02_autoconf.patch to fix autoconf
* Added kubuntu_04_sessionsaving_fix.patch which fixes kmldonkey from
preventing KDE from logging out when 'close to tray icon' is selected in
its options (LP: #213923)
