Ok. For those, like me, who don't know ( or knew in my point ;-) ) how
to turn off system beep:

1. Open file "/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist" as root with your prefered editor
2. Navigate to the end and add the following lines:

#Blacklist PC-Speaker
blacklist pcspkr

3. Save the file and reboot

An other possibility is to recompile your kernel without the pcspkr module.

When configuring just search module "pcspkr" and say "n" or uncheck.
