Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

When trying to send a reply or forward, I get this error: "Could not
connect to smtp.[server]: Connection timed out". Doesn't matter which
outgoing smtp server I use. I do not have any problems with new outgoing
emails, which are sent out immediately. I have to manually copy and
paste any outgoing replies or forwards into a new email, delete
everything in the outgoing mail queue, flush the outbox, and then resend
the new emails to get them to go out.

I have had this problem in both gutsy and after I upgraded to hardy.
This problem disappeared briefly with one of the hardy upgrades, then
returned with the next upgrade. Unfortunately, I don't know which one.
Currently using 2.22.1.1-0. I have seen similar problems with evolution
in other forums, and all seem to be using AT&T, which is also my default
server.

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
