OK I found what was my problem : in /boot/grub/menu.lst, i've wrote :
# kopt_2_6_24=all_generic_ide
This is not enough ! this is right :
# kopt_2_6_24=root=UUID=f5f20edc-6383-4d7c-b360-ddbed78b03d3 ro irqpoll
all_generic_ide
