for your assistance, it has been a pleasure dealing with you : you've 
been clear and very helpful.

Sometime in the UBUNTU world you do find people who are just like I 
suppose they might be in Microsoft ( if any assistance should be there ) 
RUSH and SHORT  forgetting the original philosophy of Ubuntu Project.

It is with a human and sensible approach like you've done with me that  
people can feel part of the TEAM and keep cooperating for a better  OS 
(  or World to generalise ).
