Thanks for hint with sudo working. I have made some hacking and found out that root was using /usr/lib/libGL.so.1 -> /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2 but common user used /usr/lib/fglrx/libGL.so.1 -> /usr/lib/fglrx/libGL.so.1.2 library. Problem was that library in /usr/lib/fglrx/ was old. So I moved old library and link to /tmp and suddenly fglrx started to work. So from my point of view some cleanup is needed :-).
