I'm having a similar problem with my Compaq Presario V6000Z - close the
lid, open the lid, screen goes blank.  If I hit CTRL-ALT-F[1-6], then
hit CTRL-ALT-F7, it *sometimes* will show the mouse again and bring the
screen up, though, more often than not, I don't get a password prompt.
Locking the screen via CTRL-ALT-L works flawlessly.  This did work in
Feisty.

Included is a TAR file with all of the files unggnu asked for above.  It
looks like Pulseaudio might be acting up, but I'm not 100% sure if
that's the problem.  Thoughts?
