It looks like not a bug, but a "feature" of nVidia drivers. See more

question

Detection of this problem is simple: xrandr -q returns list of available
refresh rates where all modes differs from each other by frequency

Solution is also simple: put string { 
Option          "DynamicTwinView"       "false"
} inside Device section of /etc/X11/xorg.conf (of course without {} :) )
Maybe it's not the best way to solve problem, so can anybody suggest the better 
way?
