I can totally confirm this on my Hardy with all the updates applied.
"Open" and "Open with" have no effect. I am however unsure if it is caused by
the keybinding.
I started gnome-search-tool from the console and I saw a message something like
"no association for this type" or something like that, can not reproduce it
right now sorry
When I started it again, no matter if via a key binding or console, it suddenly
worked.
I am out of ideas here. Can I do anything to hunt this bug down?
